This was a four-month, industry-sponsored consulting project conducted in collaboration with Ernst & Young, with the LA Coliseum as our client in celebration of its 100-year anniversary. Our team was tasked with imagining what the Coliseum could become 100 years into the future, developing forward-looking concepts that rethought sustainability, fan experience, and community engagement. Through research, future-casting, and concept development, we delivered a strategic vision and set of proposals designed to help the Coliseum evolve into a resilient, technology-driven, and culturally relevant venue for the next century.
